Returns Policy
All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects.
The only justification for return of merchandise is:
Defective merchandise.
Substitution of styles or colours by manufacturer error.
It is therefore recommended that you follow the on site guidance for sizing and fitting before ordering your item/s. As most items are custom made they have limited re-saleability and as such refunds will not be given if you order the incorrect size.
No returns or exchanges will be allowed for any item viewed as worn, showing dirt, original tags removed or without the original packaging.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation from Skulls & Lace. You may e-mail us at: enquiry@skullsandlace.co.uk; in order arrange returns of faulty or incorrect orders as laid out within the parameters of our returns policy.
